Initial screening
Whether we find you or you find us, we will reach out to invite you to chat. We’d love to get to know you, your experience, and your career goals. We'll try to see how CodingChiefs can help you achieve those goals and how you can play a role in CodingChiefs’ success as well!

Meeting the clients
In this meeting, your potential clients take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area mixed with some behavioral questions that will help them visualize how you’d fare as part of their team.

Technical assessments
Basically, we want you to give us an idea of how you do your work. A coding test or a thorough technical interview will determine whether your proficiency in software development, expertise in writing codes, and problem-solving abilities is at the level that the vacancy requires.

Final chat
You made it to the very last stage! A discussion about your technical assessment plus additional questions to help the client decide whether you are the one will take place. If everything goes well, we’ll have to prepare to bring you onboard!
